We are looking for a AI Product Analyst to join our team as a full time employee.
About our team
Meet the AI & Machine Learning team. Our role is to improve how we detect and disrupt financial crime with the help of AI and machine learning, to keep our customers, Nordea and society safe.
Our team is about 25 people working out of Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen as a part of the group financial crime prevention (GFCP) unit that provides financial crime prevention services to all of the bank.
Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with us.
What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Experimentation & Model Evaluation: Collaborate with data science teams during model development to ensure business context is incorporated, define evaluation metrics, and interpret model performance through a business-outcome lens.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Create clear documentation, product briefs, and communication materials to ensure alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Delivery Support: Support the AI product lifecycle—from concept and design through build, validation, deployment, and scaling—ensuring traceability from requirements to delivered functionality.
Who you are
This is the right role if you are a systems thinker who blends analytical precision, sees patterns in complexity and turns it into practical, measurable progress.
Your background and skills include:
- Analytical & Technical skills: Strong analytical foundation with understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and data pipelines. Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, SQL, Jupyter, and data visualization platforms is a strong advantage.
- Product & Business Insights: Ability to connect AI model capabilities to real business needs, with experience in business process mapping, hypothesis-driven problem solving, and translating complex technical insights into actionable business recommendations.
- AI Product Development experience: Experience working with cross-functional teams in data science, engineering, and business—preferably within AI, analytics, or digital product development environments.
- Experience: 3+ years in management or strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or data-focused roles, with specific experience in AI/ML initiatives.
