Opportunity to join a specialist financing team within the Mid Corporate segment in Sweden.

About this opportunity
We are a team of 14 high performing specialists located in Stockholm serving the Mid Corporate segment in Sweden. Corporate Advisory is a centralized hub supporting Business Banking units throughout the country with advise and structuring of corporate debt transactions as well as Private Equity transactions such as leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, recapitalizations and refinancings. Our team takes pride in having high work ethics and a positive and non-hierarchical spirit where all members of the team are encouraged to take responsibility.
From day one you will take an active role in ongoing transactions and be responsible for the preparation of relevant presentation material, including pitching, marketing and support to our internal processes. You will further support the deal teams in conducting fundamental credit analysis, including aggregating and analyzing corporate and financial data as well as financial modelling. Additionally you will provide analysis and presentation materials for strategic financial advisory, capital structure, funding sources, debt capacity and business risk assessment for our Mid Corporate clients. You will participate in deal teams with experienced project managers and together with them structure tailor made debt solutions to support our core clients and enable their growth ambitions.

Your profile and background:
- You are ambitious, have a strong drive and you team-up and communicate seamlessly across all levels in the organization
- You combine analytical skills with a business and solution oriented mindset
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial engineering or similar is considered a prerequisite.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Swedish and English
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint

At Nordea we are at the forefront of delivering innovative financial solutions to our clients. Our team specializes in advising, structuring and executing complex financing solutions for our Mid Corporate clients which spans from listed, owner led and Private Equity owned companies. We are also responsible for the relationship of local Private Equity clients covering the Small and Mid-Corporate segment. Projects will be in close collaboration with Relationship Managers and other teams in Nordea such as DCM, Corporate Finance and Markets Risk Solutions.
