About our team
The Securities Finance & Structured Products Sales team is responsible for originating, structuring and executing market leading structured products and securities finance deals to a broad range of clients and distributors across the Nordics and beyond.
In the role you will become an integral part of the Structured Products team, gaining unparalleled exposure to Nordea’s trading floor through hands-on experience with a broad range of complex equity and credit derivative products. You will learn from and assist experienced colleagues, working with clients and distributors to provide first-class products and service. What you’ll be doing
The main responsibilities in this role are to assist senior colleagues across the Structured Products value chain.
- Support senior colleagues in day-to-day operations related to distribution of Structured Products in primary and secondary markets.
- Proactively promote our products, identify new market opportunities and build a network to increase visibility in our offerings.
- Analyse opportunities, help structure deals and build client pitches.
- Develop knowledge of structuring equity/credit derivatives and related products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders managing information flow, working on projects and distributor engagements to build trust and credibility in our team's capabilities.
- The role is initially Structured Products focused, but also provides a great opportunity to learn more about Securities Finance and other Markets areas.
Who you are
We are looking for a curious and highly motivated problem solver with a genuine interest in financial markets and products with a high analytical capacity. We expect our new colleague to be self-driven and have an eagerness to learn.
In addition, the successful candidate should fulfil the following criteria:
- Graduating no later than 2027 or recently graduated with maximum two years’ work experience post-graduation from university.
- Master’s degree within relevant field such as finance, economics or other technical degree with excellent academic credentials from a top-tier university.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
