We are looking for an Analyst to the Capital Adequacy Reporting, Capital Reporting team, within Group Finance. Since we are eager to find the right person to join the team, we are open for all levels to apply. The role is permanent and can be based in Stockholm. 

 

About our team

 

Meet the Capital Reporting team within the Regulatory Reporting unit, we are a diverse team spanning multiple countries working in processes with a good pulse. We are responsible for delivering capital, financial and statistical reporting to our management team, the public and financial supervisors.

You will work closely with the Head of Capital Adequacy Reporting and other members of our team to ensure that all reports are in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What you’ll be doing

 

In this role you will be responsible for quarterly and monthly reporting to internal and external stakeholders, as well as continuous improvement projects. You will also be part of the development process of the new solutions for upcoming regulations and reporting updates.

 

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Ensure value-adding data quality, production and analysis to internal stakeholders to support business decision making
  • Perform data queries with purpose of controlling and understanding data
  • Be responsible as delegate process manager for co-ordinating elements of the capital reporting production
  • Build an understanding of the end to end credit risk data flows to provide SME input to change management agenda
  • Use your own initiative to propose and drive activities which will enable both Capital Reporting and Regulatory Reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy of Credit Risk data
  • Liaise with business change managers to deliver reporting requirements and testing
  • Participate in various projects within the regulatory reporting field. These projects may include, but are not limited to, the implementation of new reporting requirements, the review and enhancement of existing reporting processes and the development of new reporting tools and systems, ensuring quality and efficiency in control, analysis and reporting

 

Who you are

Your background and skills include:

  • Professional experience within Finance, ideally with a master’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related field
  • Experienced with SQL, the ability to learn and work with complex data models  

 

It would be ideal if you also have:

  • Experience in R and Python
  • Experience with Basel III/CRD IV capital reporting and regulatory reporting or topics related to Basel III/CRD IV, credit risk
