Would you like to join Cards & Mobile Payments in Transaction Banking Nordea, where we focus on seamless everyday payments by designing competitive and relevant card offering and related value adding services for our customers? We are now looking for an Application Functional Specialistlist to Application Management/Operations in Consumer Cards Sweden/Norway. About this opportunity


Welcome to the Application Mgnt Consumer Cards Sweden/Norway. We add value by making sure Nordeas Consumer Cards are operationg smoothly for our customers.  As an Application Functional Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in Consumer Cards making sure that our customers can pay with their cards and wearables on a daily basis.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide third line support to internal stakeholders
  • Act as the incident business communication coordinator
  • Create and develop  internal reports e.g. incidentsreport
  • Be responsible for UAT:s and other tests in Nordea
  • Take part as an SME in internal projects
  • Support further development of internal processes and ways of working in the team

 

You'll join a dedicated and experienced Swedish-norwegian team where we all collaborate and support each other and our stakeholders, with the customer in focus. We are passionated about cards and how our customers are using them.

 

The role is based in Stockholm.

Your experience and background:

  • a technical understanding/ IT experience, are familiar with technical terms and have a basic understanding of how applications interact in an environment with both internal and external providers
  • experience from working in projects
  • experience from tests and test leadership is an advantage
  • experience from the cards and payment area is an advantage
  • you have a relevant academic degree and professional skills in English, both spoken and written.
