Would you like to act in the role as Application Owner for a portfolio of Authentication applications within One Digital area?  We are now looking for one new colleague to support the value chain with Application Owner expertise. As an Application Owner you will add value by ensuring that our customers have a great experience when interacting with Nordea as well as reliable and cost-efficient applications to support our customers.

About our team

 

The team is responsible for One Digital applications. The team is part of Channel Management with a portfolio mix of Nordic and local application. The role is based in any of the Nordic countries.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

As an Application Owner you will be managing an Authentication application portfolio with in the One Digital area and the work will it consist of:

  • Close cooperation with stakeholders within OD, including Provider, PO, PM, Tech-Lead and stakeholders outside OD
  • Be part of strategic business planning for the application portfolio
  • Support Incident Management and report issues to authorities
  • Manage Risks and QRA
  • Follow up the application performance
  • Support the application Life Cycle Management
  • Manage the Application portfolio optimization
  • Follow up application IT maintenance and operations cost (APP)
  • Manage the application access rules and requirements

You have as well knowledge/skills within:

 

  • Are structured, thorough and with strong personal drive to always find improvements

  • Like to navigate in the area between business and IT, and have a knowledge of business processes within Personal banking and IT on a general level
  • Enjoy learning and are excited about bringing your ideas to the table
  • Are dependable, willing to speak up – even when difficult
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing

 

Your background and skills include:

 

  • Knowledge of Nordea Authentication application landscape is a merit
  • You may have experiences as product owner, business developer, business process analyst, Business-IT analyst or similar
  • Documented knowledge of leading projects/initiatives
  • Experiences from working with personal banking's business processes is a merit
  • Knowledge about the incident handling process with in Nordea
