Your future responsibilities
You will play a valuable role in supporting the business by driving activities for application management in order to help us stay competitive, protect data, and meet legal and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be responsible for keeping applications within risk appetite, driving risk mitigation activities, proactively identifying stakeholders to support with delivering on compliance, and driving budget considerations for application maintenance
- Be responsible for the communication, implementation, and development of key initiatives and rules of Application Management Governance , such as verifying failover tests, backup testing and monitoring, access management, application risk assessments, vulnerability management and pen testing management, etc.
- Proactively manage relationships with stakeholders and support with setting priorities and expectations, drive and establish clear and efficient process with our technology and business units
- Create and drive new processes to ensure a clear line of communication with business and technology stakeholders to understand their needs; drive and translate these requirements into application-related initiatives
- Taking ownership and accountability of assigned tasks and processes as an Application Manager, including verifying and initiating and driving mitigation actions, understanding root causes of risks, and risk reporting to stakeholders
- Participate and at times drive initiatives/projects require knowledge of applications, supporting with IAM, ITAM, and business continuity uplift, support with data flow mapping, support with identifying stakeholders who can deliver on tasks or should be kept in the information loop
- Review technology-related internal rules impacting NLP SE and ensure the NLP SE perspective is represented and noted
- Keep up to date on rules that impact the compliancy of applications, including communication/training for other team members, stakeholders and proactively present recommendations for improvement

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Have strong stakeholder management skills
- Have a strong cultural awareness and a dynamic approach, willing to take on extra responsibilities when needed
- Understanding of application operations and management tasks including the business logic behind applications and data in order to be proactive in asserting business requirements and adapting the application to suit business needs
- Understand or have the capacity to understand the business logic so that you can translate business requirements to technology stakeholders
- Can interpret vulnerability reports, provide recommendations and assist with finding the right stakeholders
- Can contribute towards business and technical documentation related to applications and/or application management
- Have personal drive for results combined with an ability to plan own and others' work involved in investigating and solving application quality issues to meet agreed deadlines
- Have good analytics skills and a structured and methodical approach to tasks
- Have the ability to take both a high-level view and to pay attention to details

Have Excellent language skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Your experience and background:
- You have technology background, preferably in application management or project management
- You have experience from working with ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
- Information security, technology risk/compliance, DORA, project implementation is an advantage
- You have a minimum of 1 year relevant experience working with technology risk and compliance or as an Application Owner/Manager
