About this opportunity
 

We are looking for a candidate to join the Architecture Delivery and Operational Excellence team who is a problem solver and has extensive experience with collaborating and engaging with IT and business stakeholders, governing solutions on the PEGA platform and participating in large transformation initiatives following a Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery framework.

 

The candidate must have a proven track record in creating relevant IT architectures for process automation and PEGA platform or similar technologies. Working knowledge of digital and data platforms, customer engagement channels, microservices and APIs are required.

 

You will work with internal customers to build pragmatic solutions that describe impacts on processes, information and technology assets. You lead development for PEGA platform initiatives and work with development team(s) across multiple releases, securing integration of the various solutions and overall technical governance


What you’ll be doing:

  • Be accountable for developing solution and transition architectures that provide explicit guidance for initiatives within PEGA platform.
  • Provide solution design and architectural leadership that includes creation of content related to business, information, application, process and technology architecture viewpoints.
  • Analyse stakeholder requirements, current state architecture, and gaps to solution designs that support initiatives
  • Deliver according to quality-, Nordea standards and timeliness to effectively execute agreed objectives
  • Drive the maintenance of the As-is overview of the application and infrastructure IT landscape within own area to lower risk in future development
  • Work with enterprise architects to proactively guide, implement and govern architectural principles, best practices and common change initiatives in own area to secure high quality in IT solutions
  • Ensure that solutions are aligned to technology standards and architecture roadmap – while staying within risk appetite and complying with regulations.


The role is based in Stockholm; Gdańsk; Gdynia; Helsinki; Warszawa.

  • Guide and advice stakeholders to resolve architectural issues to support the implementation of the target picture.

  • Keep focus on own continuous development and learning as well as mentor others to build knowledge and improve overall effectiveness.


Your experience and background: 

  • 5+ years of related work experience in the areas of process automation, PEGA platform digital and customer engagement channels, microservices, workflow and case management (e.g. PEGA), business intelligence, automation and APIs.
  • 2+ years’ experience with leading and delivering solution designs (business, technology and information) in a client-facing, consulting and/or delivery role in large transformation projects
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience in areas of process automation, PEGA platform, digital channels, customer engagement channels, business intelligence, automation and APIs in banking or financial services industries, including supporting the project planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience with integration technologies, methods and architecture patterns to support batch, real-time and near-real-time data integration to support operational lending, analytical and reporting use cases.
  • Proficient with business analysis, software engineering, integration and orchestration, technical solution design, and risk and quality management.
  • Have strong communication skills and good at Stakeholder Management at all levels of the bank
  • Presenting complex material to stakeholders pitched appropriately to their seniority and level of understanding
