We are looking for a new team member who will lead or take part of Nordic efficiency initiatives contributing to reaching the overall Nordea targets of profitable growth, operating efficiency and delivering the best omnichannel customer experience.
About this opportunity
Customer Excellence is a capability area within the Business Banking Chief Operating Officer function (BB COO) where we thrive in optimising the ways of working, drive change with positive impact on the BB customer experience and secure high quality data to support the work. In our smaller team within Customer Excellence, called Efficiency & Change, we work project-based with initiatives, with impact on our efficiency to serve our customers and how customers experience the Nordea products and services. We are also driving change initiatives in the compliance area.

- Actively improve your toolbox by being curious and outgoing
You’ll join a team where we might be working on different things, but we all work towards a common purpose which is to improve the Nordea Business Banking ways of working and to secure a continuous and great customer experience regardless of customer journey. The position is Nordic but located in Copenhagen, Helsinki or Stockholm. Some travelling days during a year can be expected.

Your profile and background:
- You have interest in and/or understanding of Business Banking
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar from a leading university
- You might have experience in improving ways of working and problem solving (e.g. process excellence, operational excellence, customer journey optimisation or LEAN)
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
