Are you interested in contributing to the development of strategically significant initiatives within Nordea’s Financial Crime Prevention Area? KYC Change Management is embarking on an exciting new development journey aimed at developing a new strategic KYC solution, the Global KYC Tool. This tool will eventually replace the current KYC application landscape.

 

You will join KYC Change Management. KYC Change Management is a part of Know Your Customer in Group Financial Crime Prevention, driving and delivering KYC Solutions across business areas and countries as one of the Top Priority areas of Nordea. About this opportunity

 

KYC provides the framework for ensuring that we know whom we are doing business with, where their money comes from, and the purpose of the transactions. A robust KYC process is the key element in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF).

 

You will in a Business Developer position, take on an important role as a “Digital training creator” for the implementation of the new Global KYC Tool, and be part of the team responsible for Business Implementation of the new Global KYC Solution across all business areas in Nordea.

 

What you will be doing

 

You will

  • be responsible for executing recordings, editing and preparing the training modules for launch, as well as bemin full control of the content library.
  • coordinate and manage the full overview of the Global KYC Tool training for all users including training modules and recordings.
  • support with planning and developing trainings to Nordea employees for the new strategic KYC solution

 

The role is based in Finland, Sweden, Estonia or Poland.

Your experience and background:

  • Are innovative and excited about bringing your ideas to the table
  • Experience in developing and delivering training in various format such as webinars and e-learnings
  • Experience in producing training material including structuring of training, video recording and editing
  • Professional, organized and structured in approach and work produced to a high quality of standard
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel as a minimum
  • Fluency in English is a requirement (speaking and writing
