We are now offering an opportunity to join the newly established Management Office in Group Architecture. A unique chance to join the team already from start where you will have a chance to build something from scratch and influence direction forward.


Group Architecture (GA) is a unit within Group Business Support (GBS) and recently separated from Group Technology to stand on its own legs ;). We are now looking for a Business Developer to join Group Architecture Management Office and to work closely with executive management both in GBS, Group Architecture and across the bank to ensure timely and efficient deliveries on our prioritized change initiatives.


This role will give you a front row seat to gain knowledge and insight on many of the essential processes and decisions enabling us to serve our customers and to keep our bank safe and trusted. You will have a steep and continuous learning curve being a part of the environment between Business and Technology. 


About this opportunity
 

Welcome to the newly established Management Office team in GA. We are a Nordic team that is responsible for ensuring that all areas within GA have structure, progress and processes in place. The unit is expanding both in colleagues and responsibilities. Our ambition is to support the management team with various deliveries, both with a short-deadline and more long-term perspective.

 

As the Business Developer, you will play a valuable role in ensuring the quality and oversight GA change agenda, plan for and ensure progress together with the management team and stakeholders.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the creation of high quality execution plans for operational and strategic deliveries
  • Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across GBS, GA and the Business Areas to identify solutions to issues and assist in the successful delivery of the targets/plans
  • Proactively highlight areas of improvements regarding GA Operating Model, Ways of Working, Performance Management etc and suggest feasible solutions
  • Take ownership for parts of GA Governance model by ensuring structure, follow-up and timely delivery to governing forums, oversight committees and stakeholders

Your experience and background: 

  • Project management skills, including experience in planning, monitoring, and reviewing
  • Experience to run governance processes including reporting – advantage but not a requirement
  • Presentation and communication skills fit for senior stakeholders
  • Experience in working with stakeholders across countries and units
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
