About this opportunity

 

In the Process & Project Management (P&PM) team we are recognized for providing Business Process Management and Project Management capabilities throughout Transaction Banking (TxB) business areas. The team is part of the Business Development unit that focus on driving commercial excellence cross TxB covering areas of commercial management, offerings & partnerships and pricing excellence.
 
We are now looking for an experienced Business Process Expert to join a Nordic team and play a vital role by being responsible for parts of the BPM framework and implementation. In this role you will drive and support the line organisation in improving business processes and ways of working. This is an opportunity for you to make an impact on the ongoing transformation of the transaction banking industry.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being responsible for implementing and governing parts of the BPM framework in Transaction Banking, supporting the Process Owners, Process Managers and Process Specialists 
  • Working with process mappings and support others to do the same
  • Working closely with other Business Process Experts in our team
  • Facilitate improvement work across the TxB value stream
  • Driving and supporting identified key change initiatives (e.g. process improvements)
  • Proactively engaging with stakeholders to build strong relationships
  • Contributing to the overall development of capabilities in the team

Your experience and background: 

  • Evident expertise and proven experience in implementing business process management
  • Expertise in mapping processes and connecting it to strategic goals. 
  • Experience with MEGA Hopex platform (Nordea’s chosen process mapping tool) is preferred
  • Experience with Cash Management processes is an advantage but not a requirement
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
