About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Cash Management Business Banking Sales team in Sweden. We add value to our customers by ensuring efficient treasury processes and solutions within payments and liquidity management. You will be joining a highly successful sales team of Cash Management Advisors responsible for Nordea’s large corporate customers within Nordea’s Mid corporate segment.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers taking an end-to-end responsibility for optimising our customers business utilising the full Cash Management offering  
  • Take ownership of the profitability and income development of your portfolio; expand business with existing customers and actively work to win new cash management mandates
  • Understand the business of your customers through listening, learning and analysing to ensure optimal solutions supporting our customers reach their full potential  
  • Be on top of trends and competition to deliver relevance in customer dialogues
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to our team by generously share experiences with each other, successes and failures

 

You will join a Swedish team of experienced colleagues from North to South. We aim to challenge each other to reach our best – and have fun while doing that. The role is based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Sundsvall, Umeå or Malmö.

Your profile and background:

  • Advisory and customer centricity is part of your DNA – You love to win together with our customers
  • Have a solid background in corporate banking, preferably from cash management or from a treasury function
  • Have structured, proactive and analytical approach to sales – a genuine interest in constantly improving customer relationships
  • Have a relevant educational background
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
