As the Business Analyst for the Segmentation Engine application, you’ll play a valuable role in developing future solutions for our customers.
About our team
Welcome to Credit Information Change and Development – a team of a bit more than 30 people with members in Nordics, Estonia and Poland. We govern and support the key strategic implementations of the Credit and Capital Data foundation with focus on Credit needs in alignment with our stakeholders. We deliver value to business through Credit automation, Credit risk monitoring and reporting and Data governance and Quality assurance.

Some of your key responsibilities will:
- Describe “as-is” and “to-be” business processes.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure solutions meet customer and business needs.
- Contribute to the creation of features/user stories.
- Detail selected business requirements and document them with acceptance criteria.
- Ensure risks and compliance aspects are identified and addressed in requirements.
- Communicate planned solutions to business stakeholders and align expectations.
- Support PO in backlog refinement.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are:
- Self-motivated and work independently, while contributing to team alignment and delivery.
- Analytic and experienced in managing data for analysis, reporting or operational purposes.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Your background and skills include:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience of working with business analysis.
- Professional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze, enhance, and optimize complex data processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, analysing, and managing data for analysis, reporting or operational purposes.
- Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and understand customer needs, business processes, and IT landscape.
- Experience in specifying requirements and/or creating features.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as; Finance, Economics, IT, or other relevant field.
- Fluent in English
It would be ideal if you also are/have:
- Experience within the credit area
- Basic knowledge of programming in SQL or similar
- Fluent in a Nordic language
