We are looking for a Chief / Senior Business Risk Manager to join BCCM Process Oversight and Controls team. The role is permanent and can be based in Sweden.
About our team
Meet the the BCCM Process Oversight and Controls team. Our role is to embed resilience in establishing robust rules, controls and proactive reporting to manage and mitigate continuity risks effectively and ensure operational resilience within the BCCM risk framework. Our team is composed by 10 individuals coming from different regions of the world.
The team is international with diverse backgrounds and is currently based in Sweden and Finland.

What you’ll be doing
This role is pivotal in ensuring the robustness and resilience of our resiliency processes and controls, aligning with Nordea's commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Carry out the implementation plan with updated processes & respective alignments to adjust with DORA requirements
- Ensure the implementation of 'improved ways of working' and change management practices to enhance operational resilience and efficiency
- Collaborate with various business areas within Nordea to identify and mitigate risks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within Business Continuity and Crisis Management
- Engage in project management activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on process improvement projects
Who you are

Your background and skills include:
- Experience within a business area of banking sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of banking operations and culture
- Experience in implementing change management practices and improved ways of working
- Project management expertise, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects
It would be ideal if you also have:
- Familiarity with the EU Digital Operational Resiliency Act (DORA)
