What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the oversight of business continuity processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Drive the interpretation and contextualization of regulatory requirements, particularly the EU Digital Operational Resiliency Act, translating them into actionable business procedures
  • Spearhead the implementation of new regulations, fostering a culture of compliance and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business continuity framework and processes, ensuring organizational resilience
  • Engage in proactive business continuity related risk mitigation, and other activities within the organization promoting more efficient processes

Your experience and background: 

  • Proven experience in Risk Management and/or Business Continuity

  • Familiarity with the EU Digital Operational Resiliency Act is beneficial
  • Track record of successfully implementing new regulations in a business environment
  • Expertise in translating regulatory requirements into practical business processes
  • Relevant degree in finance, business, human geography or a related field
  • Professional certifications in business continuity management are highly regarded.

 

The role is based in Helsinki; Gdynia; Malmö; Stockholm; Warszawa.
