We are looking for a senior sales person to drive internal and external distribution initiatives for exchange traded products (ETPs). What you’ll be doing
Your main responsibilities in this role will be the following:
- Collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
- Play a central role in driving new distribution streams,
- Prepare presentations and pitch our platform/products to potential customers,
- being an integral part of realizing our goals and vision with the ETP platform and align targets across processes and the organisation
- Being in the forefront of shaping the platform for the future for Nordea’s retail customers

Your background and skills include:
- Strong knowledge of the exchange traded products market and retail customers’ needs
- Strong track record of customer and stakeholder management, and engagement across various organisational levels
- A broad and extensive network, from previous roles, of counterparties with retail distribution coverage
- Relevant experience from building a financial product distribution channel and processes in Nordea or similar financial institution
- We appreciate a high level of commitment to the team, eagerness to collaborate with others and take ownership and work independently when necessary
- Strong knowledge of cross CRU value chain engaging with different customer segments and business areas is considered a plus
- Academic degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
