About this opportunity
Welcome to the Large Corporates & Institutions team in Sweden where we are responsible for Nordea’s largest corporate clients. We work closely with our colleagues in numerous product areas with the ambition to jointly deliver value added services, solutions and products to our customers. In line with Nordea´s overall strategy you will focus on driving income growth, client satisfaction and be a great asset to the team.
We add value to Nordea and our clients by offering a full range of services and products to our largest and most demanding Large Corporate clients. As a Client Analyst you will become an integral part of our team and will be given an active role with great responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop within Large Corporates & Institutions, with the opportunity to gradually engage in the client dialogue.
- Drive the preparation of client meetings and ensure effective follow-up on priorities in collaboration with a broad range of product specialists across Nordea.
- Independently lead projects and ad hoc initiatives, with a focus on proactively identifying and proposing new solutions and services to clients.
- Build knowledge in managing and documenting customer credit exposure and profitability.
- Support the day-to-day needs of selected clients, while ensuring effective internal coordination across relevant business functions.
You’ll join a highly client dedicated, engaged and motivated team with strong team-oriented performance culture and a passion for servicing our clients. The role will be based in Stockholm.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Have a true interest in the banking industry and the full range of products and services offered by Nordea to its largest and most demanding customers.
- Experience in customer relationship management and development is considered an advantage, but not a prerequisite for the right candidate.
- Experience in corporate credit analysis is seen as a merit.
- You have an academic degree with approximately 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Are motivated and committed to be part of a team with a winning mentality and to contribute to our joint success.
- Strive to the opportunity to work in customer teams and to develop value added dialogues with the customers, including at the very senior level.
- Have proven ability to build strong personal relationships.
- Have a good understanding of credit risk and preferably also of a bank’s product offering and services as well as you thrive in a hectic environment where tight deadlines and sharp delivery is key to client satisfaction.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Swedish
