Client Executive - Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Client Executive to join our Large Corporates & Institutions Real Estate team in Sweden, to be based in Stockholm. This is an important role in our continued ambition to be the leading bank in Sweden towards our Real Estate customers and you will be responsible for the relationship development and growth of a portfolio of large Real Estate corporate customers.

About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Large Corporates & Institutions Real Estate team in Stockholm. We add value to Nordea and our clients by offering a full range of services and products to our largest and most demanding real estate clients. As Client Executive you will become an integral part of our team and will be given an active role with great responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Responsible, together with the customer team, for defining the relationship strategy and to successfully execute on it
  • Responsible for the relationship development of a defined customer portfolio. You are responsible for the profitability development and credit risk management.
  • To build frequent and value adding dialogue with your customers on senior level, promote Nordea’s products and services and how our expertise can support our customers’ in the best possible way
  • Build and develop a network in Nordea to optimise coordination towards our clients
  • Originate new business opportunities including the acquisition of new clients
  • Independently lead financing projects and/or initiatives and coordinate with other units in Nordea
  • Responsible for the credit and compliance process, ensuring that credit risk and profitability for each customer is in accordance with our targets and guidelines

  • Have a solid understanding of credit risk and preferably also of a bank’s product offering and services to real estate clients, as well as you thrive in a hectic environment where tight deadlines and sharp delivery is key to client satisfaction

 

Your experience and background:  

 

  • An academic degree and preferably at least 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry, preferably within real estate financing, could be both on lender and borrower side
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Swedish
