We are growing our team and are now looking for an experienced, digital creative and data-driven colleague to further develop great visual content around personal finances. We are looking for a skilled Content Creator with strong design skills to create engaging visual content to all our digital channels to our personal customers in Sweden. This is an opportunity for you who want to tell our story in different visual formats.
 
This position is based in Stockholm, within our inhouse agency Nordea Group Creative.

About this opportunity
 
Welcome to the Digital Sales and Engagement team in Nordea, a strong community of experts and people with passion for engaging with customers across digital platforms. Digital Sales & Engagement is responsible for engaging with prospects and customers across the full digital customer journey from external paid channels to our own channels (website and logged-in) as well as through personalized in-app messages, emails and lead generation to physical channels.
 
As a Content Creator in you will play a big part in Nordea’s digital presence and produce great content for our users. You will belong to the Group Creative Team, our Nordic Inhouse Agency working with different aspects of creativity for marketing, communication, and branding. This content creator position will be fully supporting our Digital Sales & Engagement unit in Sweden, where you will be producing and maintaining visual content throughout the personal customers’ digital journey.
 
What you’ll be doing: 

  • You will become a trusted member in a data-driven team of multicompetences focused on performance and committed to maximizing Nordea’s content and elevating customer experience.
  • You will work with dedicated customer journey teams and create graphic content with the aim to drive traffic, increase conversions and engagement, in all digital channels, both paid and own (website, app, netbank).
  • You will participate in ideation, conceptualization and production of creatives, including graphics, vector graphics, layout, video, webpages, images, banners and social media.
  • You will on a daily basis create content aligned with Nordea brand guidelines
  • You will participate in developing digital design and graphics for paid and own channels.

 

To succeed in this role, we believe that you: 

  • Have a passion for all things design related, with a desire to push the boundaries of design and customer experiences
  • Have experience working as a content creator or designer. You have at least three years of agency, in-house, or freelance design/content creation experience.
  • Have extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite; In-depth use of the main graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Have a couple of years of digital content and/or graphic design with a multinational brand, design team inhouse or freelance or similar
  • Photo editing and visual story-telling skills (Professional Level), 3D illustration (Basic level)
  • Possess great design and creative skills within web page layout. Adequately knowledgeable in Html5.
  • Well experienced with a growth mindset – you are used to working in an iterative way and to base decisions on data.
  • Are a well-organized, independent and curious self-starter with a proven ability in enabling and producing high-quality design
  • Experience with UX and usability design or prompt based generative AI and/or AI powered tools for imagery, such as Dall-E or Firefly, is considered a plus
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
