This position is based in any of the Nordic Capital cities within our in-house agency Nordea Group Creative.
We are seeking a Creative Lead Partner to join our growing in-house agency team developing innovative, impactful 360 brand activations across the Nordics. What you’ll be doing
Key Responsibilities
- Lead through collaboration: Develop concepts for advertising and brand engagement to set the creative direction for brand activation ideas, customer value propositions and asset production projects aligned with business targets and brand platform identity.
- Partner for success: Work closely with creatives, project managers and other key stakeholders across the organization to translate complex challenges into compelling creative solutions and communication.
- Inspire teams and agency partners: Facilitate creative processes and guide copy writers, videographers and art directors to jointly achieve excellence in both development and execution.
- Champion innovation: Stay ahead of trends, technologies, media and cultural shifts to keep our creative output fresh and relevant for key target audiences in various channels and touchpoints.
Who you are
- An experienced Creative Director and Strategist at a creative agency working with global brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence, strategic thinking and breakthrough ideas.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Champion a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach within cross-functional teams across markets.
- Ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
- Passion for storytelling, design, and brand building.
- Collaborative mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Advertising, Creative and Digital Development
- 7-10+ years of Marketing Communication Experience
- Proven ability to develop fully integrated omnichannel brand concepts from briefing to final production.
- Ability to research and uncover insights that connect brand, product, and consumer behavior.
- Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian Language
- Preferred: Familiarity with compliance and brand considerations in financial services or other regulated environments.
