Welcome to Digital Sales & Engagement (DSE) in Personal Banking, a strong community of experts responsible for engaging customers across the full digital customer journey from external paid channels to our own channels (website and app) as well as through personalized in app messages, emails and lead generation to physical channels. So all aspects of a customer journey from acquisition and onboarding to customer care and churn prevention. Our ambition is to deliver great customer experiences by creating seamless and personalized customer journeys where customers are guided to great financial health.
We are now looking for an experienced leader to join the Swedish team and lead a dedicated agile cross functional team of creative and data driven experts with the competencies needed to drive all aspects of our most important customer journeys within savings.
About this opportunity
As the Digital Business Lead for Savings you will ultimately be responsible for business performance of the digital customer journey and the sales funnel related to it.
As the Digital Business Lead, you will:
- Drive both sales and engagement for Savings across the full value chain, ensure omnichannel orchestration and alignment across the channels
- Be responsible for reaching Digital Sales & Engagement KPIs for Savings within each part of the funnel – traffic acquisition, proactivity, conversion rates, churn rates
- Act as Agile Product Owner for a team of experts and through the team deliver activities connected to Key Business Objectives, identified to make business impact within Savings
- Follow up and report on business progress, KPI and outcome of activities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and participate in product specific forums to develop, implement and ensure a great omnichannel sales processes and customer experience
- Work closely together with Head of Digital Sales & Engagement, and the DSE management team to create an inspiring place to work with high employer satisfaction, and develop structure, processes and efficient ways of working over time
- The role does not include direct line reporting for the experts in the team as that responsibility lies with functional leaders for the various competency areas

Your experience and background:
- You understand the Swedish savings market, the customer needs, the competitive landscape, and how we can grow the business through digital sales and engagement activities in the digital eco system
- You have leadership experience and preferably leading team of experts in a cross functional agile context
- You are a senior team player with experience from working in management teams
- You have stakeholder management skills and experience, and the ability to communicate with people on many levels of the organisation
- You have experience from working agile, and understand the value it brings to the team
- You are comfortable around technical-oriented people and technical discussions
- You have a relevant university degree e.g. marketing, finance/economics, IT and/or relevant experience
- Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English (professional level)
