We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with proven digital sales and marketing experience, who will collaborate closely with the Digital Journey Lead to capture customer & business needs, and translate those into impactful digital marketing and sales solutions, that deliver measurable sales and customer satisfaction.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Data, Digital Sales & Engagement team in Sweden. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will play a valuable role in driving Nordea’s digital marketing & sales efforts toward consumers. You will hang out with enthusiastic digital sales and marketing specialists who are eager to raise the bar for personal customers in Sweden. In your team you have the mix of competences needed to execute on identified needs and opportunities, such as dialogue, content, data, media specialists, other digital marketing managers, and more.

What you'll be doing:
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into effective digital marketing & sales strategies and activities
- Ensure the digital marketing & sales strategy is executed at the highest levels, delivering the expected results through close collaboration with the journey team
- Inspire, guide and manage journey specialists on how their work is connected to the full journey, as well as other journeys, in support of building a connected digital omni-channel experience
- Lead the communication and creative ideation and asset production process
- Identify and lead new strategic growth initiatives
- Be the marketing performance analytical wizard, who properly spend too much time looking at dashboards in Adobe (your best friend) to be on top of tracking and performance of what is launched – always looking for success and potential improvements
- Ensure brand identity, brand guidelines and compliance regulations are adhered to

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
- 3+ years of experience from a similar digital marketing position, preferably from bank with experience within savings and investment area
- Experience in email marketing, paid media activities, content creation, creative production & creative production management from a-z
- Experience working with digital customer journeys, CX and UX.
- Experience leading a team of specialists to efficiently plan, execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns and continuously optimise ongoing activities
- Experience in establishing new strategic partnerships
- A data driven mindset, a passion for sales and continuously optimization of sales funnels
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe analytics, and/or other web analytics tools
- Vast experience in stakeholder management
- Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish & English is a requirement (professional level)
- Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or related field. Equivalent years of working experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
