We are looking for a Stockholm based Expert Technology Service lead acting as application provider for the applications supporting our compliance unit delivering Market Abuse Surveillance and Record Keeping capabilities. The role will be full time permanent position.

About our team
Meet the Risk and Compliance Technology R&A team. Our role is to deliver and drive technology solutions within the area of Compliance. We add value to the bank my providing solutions that safe keeps the bank and its customers. Our team consists of a number of highly motivated and experienced people able to act in many different roles.
What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role is to be the application provider for the solution delivering Market Abuse Surveillance and Record Keeping capabilities for e-communication. This includes operations budget, operational tasks, ensuring IT compliance and delivering on strategies and roadmaps in the same space.
You will also be acting in the role as an IT Analyst and drive topics and minor projects related to the same area:
- Application provider for the Market Abuse Surveillance and Record Keeping application
- Establish and drive the strategic roadmap for the application
- Ensuring IT compliance in terms of vulnerability management, process adherence and operational efficiency
- Handle top level stakeholders
- Act as IT analyst in parallel - hands on
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you are great at leading a team of IT professionals, setting goals and defining roadmaps and executing. You need to have previous experience from large organisations that are regulated. Having experience from budgeting, vendor management, license management as well as Service management will be required together with personal skills such as stakeholder management, proactivity and structure.
Your background and skills include:
- Higher education: Master of Science in engineering, data, mathematics or similar
- Proven leadership abilities
- Previous experience from Technology Service management for larger organisations
- Previous experience from Nordea is required
- Working with Record Keeping and Market Abuse Surveillance (e-coms) is required
It would be ideal if you also:
- Have previous coding experience in a commercial set up
- Cloud technology experience, Kubernetes, Open Search etc.
