Nordea is seeking to strengthen its 1st Line of Defence KYC Quality Control function. We are looking for new colleagues to join our cross-border team with responsibility for quality control of Know Your Customer files for all countries and business areas. This is an opportunity for you to combine your knowledge and skills in financial crime prevention with the aim to create and secure a common risk approach in Nordea.

About this opportunity 

 

We add value by working on quality reviews for all Business Areas. Your role is to control the quality of the "Know Your Customer" information for new, as well as existing customers.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Quality control of "Know Your Customer” files from Business Banking, Private Banking or TMSI in Norway 
  • Attend relevant alignment meeting within your business area and with stakeholders to support improving the quality 
  • Identify areas of improvement in Nordea’s Working Instructions and KYC Solutions

 

We aim at providing strong contribution to Nordea in managing the non-financial risks, as well as supporting the stakeholders in continuous development and learning within the area of KYC.

 

You’ll be joining a team of 60+ employees in the Nordic, Poland and Estonia. This position is located in Sweden.

Your experience and background:

  • Have worked with interpreting and implementing instructions and guidelines
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and communication
  • Highly beneficial to have experience within KYC/AML
  • Required to have professional skills in written and spoken English
