We are looking for a Team Leader to join Nordea Finance and head our Onboarding Services SE team. You will play a key role in driving efficient customer onboarding and seamless contract activation within our new operating model, in close collaboration with Nordic teams and stakeholders.

About our team

 

Welcome to Nordea Finance. We are the group's specialists who offers a wide range of asset finance, sales finance and receivable finance solutions and serve household, as well as corporate segments, both via partners directly in the market at the point-of-sale and via Nordea bank or direct channel.

 

The role of this team is to support our partners and customers with our services within asset financing (Equipment and Car) by generate and set up contracts, verify and activate contracts and be professional in risk handling and compliance. This team will work in Sweden but our ambition is to enable Nordic scale. You will be leading a team of approximately 16 employees. In your team you will have customer advisors and business analyst. This team is developing with our ambition to offer great partner and customer support in the onboarding, after provided approved credit decision.    

 

You as the Leader, play a key role in developing and supporting your team members to reach their aspirations and unleash their full potential.

You will be part of the Nordic Onboarding & Processing Journey leadership team with your colleagues from other Nordic countries and Poland.

Your background and skills include: 

  • Experience in building efficient and well-functioning teams

  • Resilience in high-pressure situations
  • Data driven decision-making
  • English skills are mandatory

 

It would be ideal if you also:

  • Understanding/ interest in new technology e.g. AI 
  • MBA/ BBA
