About our team

 

Meet the Credit Trading team. We add value to our clients by providing liquidity, risk surface and bond inventory to the investor and issuer community active in the Credit space.

 

The opportunity is to join the newly established SEK Flow team. The SEK Flow team is responsible for frequent issuers in the SEK market and the SEK CP market. We deal with a broad set of clients including banks, municipalities, corporates and asset managers.

 

Our team is part of Nordea credit franchise and we collaborate closely with all parts of the franchise to offer the best service and solutions to our clients. The team is primarily based in Stockholm and is an integral part of our Nordic platform.

What you’ll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Develop and drive SEK Flow business, with a clear focus on private placements and commercial papers
  • Drive innovation and continue our journey towards an efficient, modern trading desk
  • Produce high-quality client-facing market analysis
  • Collaborate closely with sales, DCM and syndication to ensure relevance, timing and strong market positioning

 

Who you are

 

This is the right role for you if you are a markets professional with a strong track record and a genuine passion for deal-making in financial markets.

 

You combine analytical depth with commercial instinct, and you are motivated by seeing your work translate into client activity and market impact. You are comfortable taking ownership and can communicate to a broad set of stakeholders.

 

Your background and skills include:

  • Experience from DCM, sales or trading, ideally with exposure to Nordic markets
  • Proven track record as deal-maker with a demonstrated ability to initiate, negotiate and close high-value transactions.
  • Academic background in economics, finance or a related field
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

 

It would be ideal if you also:

  • Bring an established client dialogue within Nordic fixed income markets
  • Have experience from a client-facing Markets environment
  • Have Python or other programming skills that support quantitative analysis, data handling and research automation
