We are part of Technology Collateral Domain, which provides Collateral data and functionality to Nordea legal entities and associated business. The Technology Collateral EL& RA is a team of IT Analysts and change leaders such as scrum masters and project managers. We do spend our daily work mainly in Nordea Collateral Solution Train.

Your key responsibilities:
- Work within a cross functional agile scrum team
- Analyse consuming business process request such as API for lending customer service based on collateral data
- Continuously working on quality assurance within migrated data as well as new data such as ESG data
- Prepare functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyse and interpret data from various sources as part of requirement analysis
- Document analysis/data mapping rules and ensure approval from relevant process/solution forums
- Ensure alignment and transparency of requirements by acting as a bridge between IT and business teams
- Lead or facilitate role when multiple roles are needed to solve a problem
- Support data releases into new platform
Your knowledge and experience:
- Collateral processes and data understanding
- Fluency in English
- Experience in Data Mapping and/or Business Process Modelling
- Experience in data migration from legacy systems or data integration
- Knowledge of ETL process & data integration tools (DataStage, Informatica, etc.)
- SQL / DB background
- Familiarity with Relational Database Management System tools, preferably Oracle
- Ability to write technical documentation and diagram workflows
- Experience in understanding business requirements and translating into technical implementation Communication with stakeholders to understand their requirements
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. We have a hybrid working model that ensure we get together in the office while also allowing for some flexibility.
