About this opportunity
Welcome to the NLPSE IT Operations Team. We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage both operational and strategic work to support and develop our IT environment. As IT Infrastructure Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in handle simple to complex incoming cases that require investigative work. This is an opportunity for you to join Nordea Life & Pensions Sweden own IT department. We are responsible for, and work as a natural partner with, all IT-related areas within the subsidiary and the business processes. You will join NLP SE where we are responsible for Nordea Life & Pension IT Operations from a company perspective and are attached to Nordea Central IT.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support Nordea Life & Pensions IT platform (Windows Servers, SQL Databases, ESP platform, java and windows application)
- Troubleshooting IT-related issues
- IT-related support for our business applications
- On-going operation, support and troubleshooting
- SQL Database troubleshooting from application perspective
The role is based in Stockholm. Welcome to a team in a dynamic environment along with ten other colleagues (two on application support, seven on IT operations support and a team manager). Together we are responsible for Nordea Life & Pension IT Operations from a company perspective and are attached to Nordea Central IT. In the role as the IT Operation Specialist you will participate in the scheduled on-call support.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
- Good knowledge of operations and support and have a genuine interest in new technology
- Windows server experience
- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
- Experience in Installation & Configuration and monitoring
- Great knowledge in general of IPC process (Incident, problem and change with Helix tool or likewise)
- Lumera application knowledge
It is an advantage if you have experience in several of the following areas:
- Tomcat, ESP platform or other application servers
- Databases, like Microsoft SQL
- AppDynamics, Splunk
- SQL
- Lumera knowledge from an Operations perspective
- Insurance knowledge and how Lumera application works
