We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join KYC Change Management with our strategic journey towards Nordea’s non-financial risk reduction plans, in the role as Global Outreach Lead.

About this opportunity

KYC Change Management together with Financial Crime Prevention Technology are developing a new strategic KYC solution – Global KYC Tool - that eventually will replace the current KYC application landscape. An integral part of this solution is an E2E outreach capability.


As a Global Outreach Lead, you will play a valuable role in coordinating and implementing solutions that bring value and efficiencies to Nordea on a journey to detect and prevent financial crime, with our customers at the heart of everything we do. You will play an important role as owner and guardian of the Global Outreach scope and bringing clarity to different teams on the common goal. You will be in close dialogue with stakeholders, external service providers and KYC Hub management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owner and Developer of the detailed roadmap for Global Outreach
  • Coordinate and drive development tasks across organization, e.g. One Digital
  • Support value chain dialogue & Nordic alignment
  • Support Solution Management and leadership team in operational, tactical and strategic discussions
  • Drive Nordic harmonization
  • Prepare and deliver high quality analysis and communication material to internal and external stakeholders

The position can be placed in any of the Nordic countries.

Your experience and background: 

  • 10 years+ proven track record in driving complex projects and leading change
  • Knowledge from working in the borderline between business and technology
  • Experience from working with change in an Agile execution structure
  • Suitable educational background, e.g. Master's degree in business administration, economy, technology or similar. Relevant background can substitute educational requirements
  • Customer outreach and Pega CLM experience is an advantage
  • A professional level of English, both written and spoken
