Group Credit Management (GCM) is developing with high speed to meet demand for credit decision automation and at the same time stay compliant. Our work with development span across the End-to-End Credit life cycle from the Credit decision to Monitoring and control as well as High risk processes and Reporting. To deliver on our agenda we collaborate within Group Business Support and with all Business Areas as well as Group Risk and Compliance.

About this opportunity
 

You will join Credit Change & Development, a unit within Group Credit Management, more specifically the Credit Change & Development Office. This team includes responsibilities such as management support, strategy execution, communication, and process documentation/governance. 

 

You will work as a Management Partner in our Credit Decision Data Initiative (CDDI) which is a strategic initiative in GCM driving change and striving to support our automation agenda through digitalisation. You will also work closely to the other GCM units, GCM colleagues and with our business stakeholders.

 

CDDI’s overarching goal is to enable a continuously updated and digitalised data service with relevant, compliant and easy-to-access customer and credit data. It will enable data-driven credit management supporting a credit decision engine for non-retail, to enable fully or partially automated credit decisions including reporting.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Drive strategic topics by leading the necessary initiatives and investigations
  • Create status overviews, analyses, and decision proposals for senior management e.g. quarterly Key Performance Indicator follow-up
  • Prepare, facilitate, and support various meetings, including the delivery of high-quality communication material to external and internal stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for the reporting cycles with different stakeholders and groups
  • Pave the path ahead so the team can be as operational efficient as possible
  • Drive, develop and maintain out workplace design, where processes and tools are integrated in daily ways of working
  • Secure the topics we take lead on and that we develop, are well integrated and aligned across our knowledge management landscape and best practices
  • Ensure excellent quality and consistency in our communication, both content wise and design wise
  • Master and maintain well designed templates, making sure that the micro level information stacks up to the macro
  • Drive foundational Nordea best practices that enables and improves the quality and efficiency of our initiative, and secure we integrate LEAN and Nordea cultural principles 
  • Design, prepare and execute well ran workshops with stakeholders
  • Push our team with a relentless continuous learnings and improvements mind-set

 

The main location for the position is in Stockholm, but we welcome applicants from all Nordic countries.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you bring the following to the table:

  • Being Self-motivated, action-oriented and self-organised

  • Hands-on experience of “Objectives and Key Results” methodology and definition and usage of Key Performance Indicators
  • Experience from Design Thinking, Back-Casting or similar methodologies focusing on outcomes
  • Experience from Project Management and Agile ways of working from various initiatives
  • Internal Governance and Regulatory Compliance is a plus
  • Risk Management and Nordea’s Risk Taxonomy is a plus
  • That you can demonstrate documentation or case studies related to the above from previous work that you have led
  • Being very proficient in using technology, having coding skills (any language) is a strong merit 

 

Your experience and background:

  • Master Degree in Science, and/or Master Degree having a Technology background
  • Structured and analytical with excellent influencing and presentation skills, combined with proven track record of informal leadership
  • Passion for technology and making it user friendly enabling simplification and accelerated adoption to new ways of working, where user friendliness and experience is a key enabler for reducing change management efforts
  • Record of accomplishment of driving change management in unknown and difficult landscapes
  • Experience from Business Process Management domain with Continuous Improvements and/or Operational Excellence, LEAN and 5S
  • Knowledge in Credit Management is a strong merit
  • Knowledge in Information Management, Data Management or Data Governance is a strong merit
  • Management consultancy or consultancy background is a strong merit
  • English spoken and written, superior level
