We are looking for ambitious and talented individuals to join our Debt Solutions and Capital Markets teams for a 20 weeks full-time internship in Stockholm, an unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the leading financial institutions in the Nordic region.

About our team

Meet the Debt Solutions and Capital Markets teams. Our role is to arrange, structure, underwrite and execute a variety of financing transactions for Corporate clients. Our Debt Solutions and Capital Markets teams are part of Nordea Investment Banking, comprising around 100 professionals located across our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, and Oslo. We work closely with other divisions within Nordea, ensuring seamless and comprehensive services to our clients.

This is the right role for you if you are proactive, self-driven and eager to learn. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about Capital Markets. You are ready to take ownership of tasks while working as part of a team to deliver outstanding results.

Your background and skills include:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a similar field is a prerequisite. It would be ideal if you are enrolled in a Master’s degree
  • Curiosity & Passion: You have a genuine interest in finance and are excited to contribute your unique perspective
  • Strong Academic Background: You’re committed to excellence in your studies and ready to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: You enjoy diving into data and solving complex problems
  • Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to learn from others

You also need to be fluent in Swedish and English. The role is based in Stockholm, and you will be part of our pan-Nordic team of highly skilled professionals who always walk the extra mile to provide our clients with best possible advice and service.
