We are looking for a People & Project Coordinator to join Planning & Execution within Core Banking Programme (CBP). This is an opportunity for you to join one of the largest programmes in Nordea, where you will be part of a journey for shaping Nordea’s future solutions for customers.
About this opportunity
You will be a part of CBP Planning & Exceution within SA Retail Product and Core Technology, supporting execution across the whole programme.
What you’ll be doing:
- People management; onboarding / offboarding, contract management, managing People Plan (internal resource management tool) and Team Planner for programme resources and reporting people updates to the leadership team
- Report creation and data analysis
- Financial management; forecasting, actuals and budget follow up and invoice approvals
- Event planning and coordination
- Ad hoc assistance to leadership and teams
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your experience and background:
- Project coordination, PMO or project management experience
- Good track record in administrating and supporting large teams/organizations
- People management experience
- Hands-on experience in report creation and data analysis
- Financial experience - budget follow-up and tracking
- In general skilled in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Experience from working with Confluence and Sharepoint
- Buy & Pay and CPro experience is an advantage
- International experience, having worked with many nationalities and cultures
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluency in English
