NAM is the asset management arm of Nordea Group. NAM has around 900 employees and provides asset management products and services to Nordea Bank’s sales networks and to external international institutional clients and third party fund distributors. NAM manages almost EUR 300 billion of assets with presence in more than 15 geographies across Europe and beyond.
About this opportunity
You'll join NAM People, a diverse team with employees in four different countries serving 12 different jurisdictions where we provide a broad range of People services. As we cover such a wide range of jurisdictions, we need a candidate who is familiar with, and likes to work with, EU-legislation and regulatory demands both in relation to workforce but also regulatory requirements in the financial sector targeting our employees.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analysis and implementation of reward related legislation.
- Analysis and implementation of regulatory requirement related to work force.
- Support our HR consultants in employment law discussions with law firms in foreign units.
- Maintenance and update of our critical internal framework for People related processes.
- Support planning and coordination of Board Remuneration Committee meetings
You will be reporting to Head of People, Indre Bartulyte-Uzupe. The role is based in Stockholm. Travelling might be required from time to time.

Your experience and background:
- A law degree (Master’s degree).
- Fluency in English.
- A couple of years of experience form a law firm, financial sector or other regulated industry.
- Solid experience with EU regulatory frameworks and employment law.
- Ability to find practical solutions and work with different type of employees, prioritize tasks, and make sound choices.
