About our team

 

Welcome to the Data Governance & RRP team in Group Data Management. You will join DG & RRP Product Management team and be part of Data Products Hub responsible for centrally steering delivery of Data Products, provide Data Products platforms and manage Data Product Control & Marketplace. Your role will be Product Owner for scrum team within Data Product Delivery ART.

 

Main responsibilities in this role: 

  • Manage & Prioritise Data Product Delivery scrum team backlog in Agile setup.
  • Manage process to validate business outcomes from scrum teams.
  • Ensure that delivery outcomes for scrum team are as per expected business objectives.
  • Be responsible for establishing and systematically maintaining a prioritised product backlog and leading product development activities throughout the product lifecycle, to secure continuous delivery of business value.
  • Actively support shape and deliver high quality decision making proposals to the right fora and stakeholders, to ensure strategic alignment and enable well informed decisions.
  • Take responsibility for own business understanding, proactively develop skills/knowledge in key areas and actively share knowledge with colleagues to maximise leverage of our human capital.
  • Form solid and active relationships/partnerships and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the value chain to effectively run development and implementation processes, making sure that outcomes are well anchored.

 

This role is based in Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland or Norway.

This is the right role for you if you are an highly experienced delivery and business change professional, someone that has a proven track record in large programmes, understands risk and control management in Nordea and our internal governance frameworks. You might have experience in working with data risk and might be familiar with Data Mesh concepts. You are passionate about working in an ever-changing environment. Ideally you have experience in projects with regulatory deliveries and attention. With your analytical mindset, you will continuously evaluate processes and data, driving evidence-based decision-making and uncovering opportunities for automation and simplification. You'll be an active participant in the agile release train, dedicated to delivering continuous and measurable business value. You are expected to be a self-starter, and driver who is a key contributor and provides special support to a high-impact, Group-wide programmes, involving working closely with stakeholders across the Group. You will work with leadership to establish efficient and clear ways of working. Demonstrate persistence and effective stakeholder management skills to drive through the change and meet the committed plans & KPIs.

 

Your background and skills include: 

  • Great analytical skills and the ability to apply them to creating a great product.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Good know-how in product backlog management and stakeholder management.
  • Easily understand the different levels of information models in a large-scale enterprise and how they can provide a competitive advantages.
  • Enjoy challenging the status quo and are eager to continuously improve.

 

It would be ideal if you also:

  • Can work independently, constantly improving product and conducting user analysis.
  • Have good business and IT understanding.
  • Are proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, and execution-oriented. 
  • Proven experience in Product Owner role and ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Well organized with a structured approach and well-developed co-operation skills.
