About this opportunity
We are looking for a Project Manager/ Management Consultant to join the programme PMO team, holding key responsibilities in coordinating the development and implementation of internal risk models across the bank.
Your responsibilities will encompass various activities in the scope of project initiation and deployment of appropriate governance.
What you’ll be doing:

Scope and plan projects/changes in a self-driven and independent way to maximise return on investment and ensure ambitious targets and realistic expectations

Proactively utilize and develop appropriate project solutions/methodologies and consultancy skills to ensure that the strategic targets will be reached by high quality deliverables

Deliver well-structured, high-quality work through thorough analysis, creative problem-solving, good stakeholder management and strong process facilitation to contribute to overall and long-term stakeholder satisfaction

Ensure programme plans are developed, signed-off and continually maintained
-
Ensure risks and interdependencies are exhaustively identified, reported, owned and managed through to resolution throughout project lifecycle

Clarify and standardize procedures across the value chain

Assist in preparing high-quality deliverables, typically in PowerPoint and ensuring inputs from the team are factored in

Develop and deliver robust stakeholder engagement plans in order to establish and maintain strong relationships and clear lines of communication with all participants

Schedule and lead status meetings, ensuring that all attendees are readily briefed and furnished with appropriate reading material well in advance

We are seeking a high performing individual with the following qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Previous experience in programme management activities
-
Previous management consulting experience
-
Knowledge and experience within a credit risk function and/or internal risk models is an advantage

Great communication, presentation and facilitation skills
-
Strong ability to interact with key stakeholders throughout the value chain
-
Self-driven, structured professional with proactive attitude and strong drive
-
Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex issues
-
Written and spoken English on a superior level
-
Handles tasks and issues with an analytical and structured approach and support the team in doing the same

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills at superior level
