Would you like make an impact in a fast paced, dynamic team within the regulatory field? We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Regulatory Analytics & Benchmarking team.

 

This role can be based in Sweden, Finland and Poland.

 

About our team

 

As part of the Regulatory Analytics & Benchmarking team within the Regulatory Reporting Unit, you will play a key role in providing regulatory reporting services to both internal and external stakeholders. We ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to financial supervisory authorities, support analysis related to regulatory and published reports, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Contribute to quarterly and/or annual Supervisory Monitoring & Benchmarking regulatory reporting depending on the reporting processes.
  • Work with large datasets, analyze developments, and compile reports for financial supervisory authorities.
  • Prepare and deliver regulatory reports by following guidelines, work procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in projects and drive on continuous improvements within your processes and Group Finance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regulatory and published reporting needs.

Your background and skills include: 

  • An academic degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and writing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible approach to change and proactive problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with programming languages and software such as SQL or R.
  • Understanding and implementation experience of new regulations to reporting practices.
