About this opportunity

 

Management Oversight in KYC Services is a team that is committed to drive organisational excellence through insightful analysis and innovative business intelligence solutions to ensure that Nordea executes on KYC activities in an efficient and effective way.

 

The role is based in Finland, Sweden, Poland or Estonia

 

What you will be doing in the role:

  • Produce high quality analysis and presentation material to senior management
  • Act as a sparring partner to Nordea Finance KYC teams by performing demand and capacity planning, reports and analysis
  • Identify potential improvements/optimisations/automations and implement new solutions
  • Participate in various initiatives to improve our data and build new business intelligence solutions
  • Act as a gatekeeper to capture relevant information about changes to Nordea guidelines or regulations that impact KYC Services

Your experience and background:

  • Experience in performing analysis and reports to senior management
  • Experience in working in a cross border team
  • Super user of Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required (minimum C1 level)
  • Experience in production planning and forecasting from similar role is an advantage
  • Experience from KYC is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Qlik Sense are an advantage
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • You have a higher education with a degree in mathematics, engineering or economy or work experience lifting you to equal level
