In this role, you will provide dedicated PMO and programme-level support across all AI workstreams. You will be a central point of coordination, ensuring dependencies, risks, and delivery progress are clearly understood, actively managed, and transparently reported. You will work closely with AI programme leadership, TM and KYC Change leads, and delivery teams to drive consistency, structure, and control across the programme.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide dedicated PMO support across all AI programme workstreams
- Coordinate cross-programme dependencies and interdependencies, ensuring alignment across initiatives
- Maintain programme-level visibility and control mechanisms, including reporting, planning, and governance forums
- Manage and maintain comprehensive risk and issue logs across AI initiatives
- Identify, escalate, and track mitigation of programme-level risks, ensuring proactive risk management and timely issue resolution
- Support TM and KYC Change leads with dependency management and cross initiative coordination
- Drive the Quarterly Business Review process, including preparation, tracking, and follow-up
- Support the to ensure consistency, best practices and bridging of the programme with SAFe agile metrics across AI projects to ensure consistency and best practices
- Maintain AI programme Confluence documentation, ensuring a robust and up-to-date knowledge repository
- Act as a trusted partner to programme leadership, enabling effective decision-making through clear insights and structured information

Your experience and background:
- Proven experience in business analysis, PMO, or programme support roles, preferably within large technology or change programmes
- Strong experience coordinating dependencies, risks, and governance across multiple projects or workstreams
- Solid understanding of programme and project delivery frameworks and control mechanisms
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and supporting decision-making at programme level
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex information into clear insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
- High attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Confluence and structured documentation practices
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory
- Knowledge & experience within SAFe Agile methodology & Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) is considered a strong plus
