Would you like to join our international team and support the work around data driven customer insights? We are looking for an experienced SAFe Product Owner to join one of our agile teams and in collaboration with different business stakeholders across Nordea to lead the development of Customer Experience Survey through enhancements to the existing processes and onboarding to the new Experience Management Platform, Qualtrics.

 

About our team   
  

Meet the Product Management team within Group Data Management and Data Factory unit. Our role is to add value by making data easily available and create new data solutions for Nordea’s many internal departments so they can work more efficient with the vast data that exists within the bank.

 

Our team play a valuable role in understanding the business needs of our stakeholders and leading the development and enrichment of Customer Experience Survey application.

What you’ll be doing  
  

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Contribute to the development of experience management domain, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Customer Experience Survey and onboarding to Qualtrics platform
  • Actively collaborate with Product Manager, business stakeholders and architects to understand their business and technical needs, and build/manage the team backlog from collected requirements
  • Create high quality deliverables, including requirements and technical specifications that define and support the deliveries
  • Contribute to the vision and roadmap planning by building and maintaining team's backlog
  • Actively participate and contribute to the agile release train ceremonies and events, setting the direction and purpose and driving the objectives on the team level
  • Act as a role model by creating the atmosphere of collaboration and transparency, confidence, continuous improvement and trust

Your background and skills include: 

  • Experience leading projects and cross-functional development teams within IT
  • Skilled communicator with proven ability to drive deliveries
  • Customer centric attitude and a strong will to succeed
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of customer master data
  • Basic knowledge on customer surveys
  • Experience translating the business needs into technical requirements and ability to set the clear objectives for the development teams
  • Ability to connect team level objectives to the business vision and long-term product roadmap
  • An ability to motivate both yourself and others 
  • A responsive, organized and professional nature, and dedication for project success
  • A strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Understands the core principles of GDPR and how to handle PII data 
  • Experience with Qualtrics platform considered as an advantage

  

It would be ideal if you also have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 year experience working as a Product Owner in an agile setup
  • An experience working with distributed global teams
  • Fluency in spoken and written English language
  • SAFe knowledge and understanding
