To help us achieve our objectives, we are looking for a Senior Project leader to join the Data & Analytics Service Domain within the Group Financial Crime Prevention Service Area.

 

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a permanent, full-time, Hybrid, position.

About our team

 

Financial Crime Prevention Technology (FCPT) adds value by ​providing a strong technology team with the right capabilities for the Group Financial Crime Prevention business teams.

 

The team is a part of FCPT and is responsible for providing the tools and technology required to enable the business to leverage the value of our data through advanced analytics, generative and predictive AI.

 

What you’ll be doing
 

You will become part of Data & Analytics domain within GFCP Service Area in Technology.  In your day-to-day work you will report to the Execution Leadership capability Team Lead and cooperate closely with your cross-capability project team and other project leaders.
 

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Establish self-driven, self-organized and sustainable teams
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the team
  • Focus on empowerment, flow of value and continuous improvement on team and train level using transparent metrics
  • Encourage learning, even though failing
  • Inspire, motivate, and coach team members about Agile mindset and ways of working
  • Create communication paths and patterns for the team to work with stakeholders
  • Guide and role model the teams to remove impediments
  • Actively participate in ART Scrum Masters community
  • Act as a role model by contributing to an atmosphere of confidence and trust and motivate to reach set targets
  • Give feedback to the team and to individual team members on a regular basis
  • Cooperate with PO, RTE, project architect, application management and other stakeholders towards timely delivery of established targets

Your background and skills include:

  • 10+ years of experience working in project leader role, preferably on large projects and working closely with development teams and application management
  • Expertise within Agile frameworks, DevOps, and Lean principles, understanding the mindset and the why
  • Team building and team development, knowledge, and tools to support teams to grow
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Grow in line with chosen mastery (transformation, business or technical)
