We are looking for an experienced project manager to join the Remediation Programme Organisation in Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP).

 

You will play a significant cross-functional role across several segments and business areas to develop and execute Nordea’s Financial Crime Prevention strategy. This role will specifically focus on ensuring that Nordea meets all financial crime related regulatory demands put on us by authorities.

What you will be doing:

  • Specifically:
    • Drive scoping & execution in financial crime programmes 
    • Deliver ongoing reporting, risk management and control to the program governance
    • Support and facilitate efficient stakeholder management processes
    • Deliver efficient coordination on project deliveries within Nordea group
  • Generally:
    • Plan and deliver projects from strategy to execution, in close coordination with the senior stakeholders and cross domain experts
    • Contribute to the development of the Nordea Financial Crime Prevention strategy
    • Be responsible for shaping and delivering cross functional regulatory compliance and efficiency initiatives
    • Be responsible for identifying and conducting analyses across the organisation and bring expertise in strategic thinking, business case analysis and business insight
    • Be responsible for driving execution projects cross GFCP’s different domains
    • Plan and execute project deliveries following the appropriate project model and framework
    • Interact with and manage internal stakeholders and successfully deliver according to the agreed scope and priorities

 

The role can be based in Helsinki, Stockholm, Tallin, Warsaw or Łódź.

Your profile and background:

  • Strong delivery record as project manager (> 5 years)
  • Detail oriented, quality focused and structured
  • Comfortable with managing multiple assignments and interests at the same time
  • Change management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
