Strong practical and theoretical QA & Testing profile to influence ways of working around Quality. The Quality Standard team within Quality Assurance & Testing is looking for a test professional with a proven track record of delivering QA in complex IT initiatives as well as a passion for defining strategic QA processes.

The position we offer

 

After the successful release of the new Nordea Quality Standard, we are moving to the next level on ways of working around quality. You will work within a small core team responsible for defining, planning and supporting the implementation of QA & testing standards, tapping on the experience and expertise of a 1000-strong QA organisation as well as on our neighbouring capabilities.

 

Our aim is to enable the delivery of high-quality products and services in a sustainable fashion, limiting quality debt and fostering a quality-first, continuous improvement culture. We do this by defining standards that promote innovation and excellency, prove relevant on the ground and lead to measurable results, whilst we do not shy away from supporting hands-on when necessary.

 

You have:

  • Superior communication skills to gather input from a diverse set of stakeholders and deliver information to senior leadership
  • Solid theoretical knowledge of QA processes and practical experience with the delivery of QA and testing in large, complex projects
  • Expert knowledge of Quality Management techniques and extensive understanding of testing lifecycle and agile frameworks
  • The aptitude to be an advocate for new and improved ways of doing things, challenging conventional wisdom
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Quality and regulatory awareness
  • The ability to abstract from details, recognise patterns and distil processes
