This role offers the opportunity to become a vital part our Quality Assurance Capability, that supports our DevOps teams who builds and maintain our IT solutions.
About this opportunity
Meet the Liquidity, Asset & Liability Management team. Our role is to manage the bank's balance sheet in relation to liquidity, interest rate risk in the banking book, hedge accounting, covered bond process and funds transfer pricing. We are in the middle of a journey to a modernised target architecture with a set of new technologies and pipelines, and we aim to establish strong QA enablers as a seamless part of our automated SDLC.

The team is located in the Nordic countries, Poland and India, and this position is open Sweden, Finland and in Poland.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively work within our DevOps teams, establishing Nordea Quality Standard with focus on test maturity uplift and test automation
- Plan, lead and orchestrate test development and work in our DevOps teams
- You will ensure test compliance with a strong collaborative test management. We are responsible for both functional and non-functional testing, since we are responsible for both functional and non-functional testing
- Collaborate and proactively communicate and deliver with and to several business stakeholders regards test planning and test result communication
- With high standards and passion, quality assurance and test management in various kind and size of software development projects
- Show courage and ownership for the work to be done and take a proactive and independent approach to ongoing tasks
- Advocate for and understand the business value of testing and how to set up test status dashboards and graphs
- Continuously drive improvement focus projects and deliver high quality results

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
- Professional experience for more than 5 years in a Quality Assurance leadership role for various size of teams
- A minimum 5 years professional experience from working with test management tools (i.e. HP ALM, qTest or similar), as well as experience in managing functional- and non-functional testing, E2E-testing, test automation, test environment and test data management
- Vast professional experience from implementing test automations, and building frameworks for them
- Several documented projects where you have been the key leader during the entire project, preferably in a test automation environment
- Professional experience from working with DevOps and automated CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
- Knowledge and skills from working with SQL, Phyton skills, and Snowflake (we consider this very meritorious)
