About this opportunity
 

Welcome to Public Sector within Business Banking! We are a national focus group with local presence in each region within Business Banking. Our customer are municipalities, regions and larger national organisations. We create customer value through, among other things, our industry specialization, which gives us high industry knowledge and which then enables us to provide first-class customer experiences through proactive advice to both existing and new customers.  

 

As the Senior Relationship Manager your mission is to develop our business with our Public Sector´s customers with focus on large national organisations for example trade unions and industry organisations. An important part of the role is also to maintain and develop local networks for these customers.  

 
What you’ll be doing: 

  • Be the overall responsible person for a customer portfolio  
  • Identify business opportunities, build pipeline and close deals 
  • Develop and maintain a strong network with key players in the market 
  • Lead and coordinate customer teams  
  • Build strong relationships and establish Nordea as the #1 Business Partner to our customers

Your profile and background:  

  • Have a strong drive and business focus 
  • Proactive mindset with an interest to build for the future, a role-model behaviour and a never compromising integrity 
  • We imagine that you enjoy learning and are excited about bringing your ideas to the table and committed to empowering others 
  • Are a true team player but at the same time used to work independently 
  • Relevant Bachelor’s/Master´s Degree 
  • Professional communications skills
