About this opportunity

 

As a Senior/Chief Business Risk Manager, you will play an integral role in providing the expertise necessary for Business Banking to manage its credit related risks and compliance processes.

 

In practise, this means that you need to:

  • Take the lead on driving development and implementation of credit processes across Business Banking
  • Advise, train and support managers and employees in credit related matters to increase compliance towards credit instructions
  • Have expert knowledge and a detailed understanding of the credit instructions, and processes across Business Banking
  • Represent Business Baking in forums on specific regulatory maters
  • Support Business Banking in enhancing the risk and compliance culture
  • Will ensure that BB is a good service receiver of all credit related matters performed by other areas of the bank, e.g. GBS/CRA
  • Will be the main driver of closing credit related 2 LoD and 3 LoD issues
  • Will report to the head of BB Management Oversight

 

Primary location for this role is any of the Nordic capitals.

Your experience and background: 

  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience within credit and credit processes
  • Experience working with regulations
  • Master´s or Bachelor´s degree  
  • English spoken (Professional level) and English written (Professional level)
