We are looking for a Senior/Business Risk Manager with a focus on Risk Management to BCCM Process Oversight and Controls. The role is permanent and can be based Sweden.
About our team
Meet the BCCM Process, Oversight and Controls team. Our role is tosupport decision makers with an oversight on BCCM risk by an improved governance with controls, reporting and frameworks to ensure efficient processes, robust issue management, gaps identification and clear escalation processes.
Our team is international with diverse backgrounds, and we are currently based in both Sweden and Finland. We are looking for a Business Risk Manager with a focus on Risk Management. This role will contribute to enhance BCCM risk management and governance together with the framework driver in our team.

Main responsibilities in this role:
- Support in various Framework initiatives & regulatory assessments/ analysis
- Collaborate together with the framework driver in coordinating the internal rules processes for BCCM risk oversight
- Take ownership and continuous development of appointed framework areas to support BCCM risk management development
- Drive the collaboration with various stakeholders drivers of adjacent risk areas & Frameworks within Nordea to identify and mitigate risks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within Business Continuity and Crisis Management and promote resilience thinking

- Have a keen interest in risk management (governance, risk and control) and a willingness to learn more about BCCM risk management specifically
- Demonstrate structured thinking and are comfortable working with complex assignments
- Have a structured mindset and are highly organized
- Are skilled in creating, structuring and writing documentation
Your background and skills include:
- Experience working with non-financial risk management topics for a regulated company
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with a diverse, global and cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
- Experience with working quickly and efficiently on new topics with a high level of complexity
- Fluency in English at professional level
