You will be part of a Nordic team working closely across Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, enabling cross-market collaboration, alignment, and shared best practices. Together, we work across digital journeys, analytics, marketing technology, and customer engagement—continuously improving how we create value for our customers and the business.
In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between the business side of digital sales and engagement and the more technical aspects of data science, ensuring that analytical solutions are fully aligned with strategic objectives and operational needs. Your ability to translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner will be crucial to your success.
You will help strengthen our analytical foundation and ensure data‑driven decision‑making across our use cases. You will collaborate closely with digital marketing and business stakeholders and agile delivery teams to turn data into measurable customer and business value.

As part of the AWM COO organisation, you will join a strategic function focused on driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and scalable, insight-led ways of working across Asset & Wealth Management.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop data‑driven customer insights, segmentation frameworks, and behavioral propensity models that help orchestrate more relevant and personalized customer experiences.
- Explore new datasets and proactively identify opportunities for improved performance across digital sales and engagement.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions and ensure value‑driven prioritization across use cases.
- Contribute to experimentation, A/B testing design, uplift modelling, and performance evaluation, leveraging robust statistical methods.
- Partner with Marketing Automation specialists, data engineers, and digital marketing experts to ensure analytical models are deployed and monitored in production environments.
- Share learnings, best practices, and new analytical approaches with colleagues across countries and business units.
- Act as a key link between the technical aspects of data science and the business goals of digital sales and engagement, ensuring that analytical solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and operational needs.
You will become a trusted member of a data‑driven team focused on proactivity, engagement, and elevating the customer‑advisory relationship in the digital space.
The role can based in Stockholm, Sweden or Helsinki, Finland

Your background and skills include:
- 4-5 years of experience in data analytics/data science
- Proven experience working with advanced statistical modelling and machine learning techniques in a production‑oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience with Python or R, SQL, and modern data platforms.
- Experience working with cloud‑based data and analytics environments (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience developing dashboards or insights using BI tools such as PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent.
- Experience designing Data Science experiments and working through the entire model lifecycle stages.
- Experience working in a notebook environment during the experimentation stage and modularizing the code in python for production implementation.
- Experience using any analytics platform like Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience using DevOps Tools (version control system, CI/CD pipelines).
- Preferably experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English (professional level). Swedish or Finnish beneficial and dependent on location.
- A degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, or equivalent quantitative field.
