You will be part of a Nordic team working closely across Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, enabling cross-market collaboration, alignment, and shared best practices. Together, we work across digital journeys, analytics, marketing technology, and customer engagement—continuously improving how we create value for our customers and the business.
As part of the AWM COO organization, you will join a strategic function focused on driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and scalable, insight-led ways of working across Asset & Wealth Management.
We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment and can translate complex data into clear business value.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyse web, app and campaign behaviour to identify actionable insights for targeting, content personalisation, and conversion optimisation.
- Analyze and visualize digital performance data across channels and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics and customer behavior through Adobe tools such as Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
- Provide clear and actionable performance insights across multiple marketing channels.
- Contribute in enhancing measurement framework development for digital channels to obtain better insights and to ensure validation and quality of data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives
- Collaborate with other analysts and work cross-functionally with various business units.
- Deliver actionable insights to optimize flows, website performance, user experiences, content engagement and digital marketing campaigns
- Enable and contribute towards strategic initiatives, such as standardization and benchmarking of digital activities.
- Support A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns and digital experiences, from setup and measurement to insight and optimisation recommendations
The role can be based in Stockholm, Sweden or Helsinki, Finland.

- Enjoy working closely with marketers, content teams, and product owner to design and deliver personalised and test‑driven digital experiences
- Solution-oriented and creative when interpreting performance metrics
- Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders to define and track meaningful KPIs
- Proactive in identifying optimization opportunities through data analysis
- Able to translate technical analytics concepts into business language
- Someone who enjoys educating colleagues on the value of data-driven decision making
- Proactive and self-driven individual, able to work on a Nordic scale
Your background and skills include:
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics or web analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement
- Proven experience supporting A/B testing and personalization initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings and recommendations clearly
- Experience with other Adobe platform tools including Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform, leveraging their capabilities to drive actionable insights and optimize digital strategies is preferred.
- You have a relevant university degree, e.g. digital marketing, information technology, statistics, business analytics, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Finnish or Swedish beneficial and dependent on location.
