About this opportunity

Within the Strategy Office, we are looking for a high-performing Strategic Partner to support the continued development of Transaction Banking across the Nordics.

The role works closely with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers, shaping and presenting strategic insights that influence direction and priorities. It requires strong analytical discipline, commercial awareness, and the ability to build sharp narratives from complex discussions and incomplete input.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and support strategic reviews within Transaction Banking (growth, performance/ profitability, portfolio optimisation, strategic optionalities)
  • Structure ambiguous business questions into clear problem statements and hypotheses
  • Translate workshops and working sessions into concise, decision-ready material
  • Prepare and present executive-level presentations to senior management and C-level forums
  • Identify key insights from data and discussions and frame their strategic implications
  • Support prioritisation and follow-up on strategic initiatives

The role suits an ambitious individual who combines structured thinking with energy and drive — someone who can quickly identify what truly matters, sharpen the message, and deliver clear, executive-level communication. Position will be located in Stockholm or Helsinki.

Who you are

Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in being at our best – and that we imagine you share with us.

To make an impact in this role, we believe that you are/have:

  • Strong strategic drive with pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
  • Business-minded and result-oriented with high intellectual capacity and ability to distinguish signal from noise
  • Energetic self-starter with curiosity for continuous learning and ability to move forward
  • High integrity with confidence to present to senior stakeholders
  • Structured communicator with ownership mindset in high-stakes environments

Your experience and background:

  • 3–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business development
  • Track record of producing high-quality executive presentations under time pressure
  • Experience working in fast-paced and complex projects at both tactical and strategic levels
  • Excellent PowerPoint craftsmanship — structured storylines, clear visuals, no unnecessary complexity
  • Commercial understanding, experience within banking or financial services is an advantage
  • Experience from high-standard strategy environments is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required
